My Story
Growing up I always felt that the path most people took wasn't for me. I thought of time as our most valuable resource because once it's spent, there's no getting it back. Spending 80% of my life working for someone else and building their dream just felt to me like I was denying not only myself, but my family of something truly magnificent.
I didn't want to look back on my life and wish that I had just taken a shot.
I knew I also wanted to travel the world and live life to its fullest while I was still young enough to enjoy it, which meant waiting for retirement wasn't going to cut it.
Age 17, still in high school and working a full-time job I was determined to make something of myself. I was always scheming and planning my next big business idea, but until I was 19 I couldn't "legally" register a business in my name, Instead I would do handyman work for side cash. I was out fixing fences, mowing lawns, shoveling driveways, you name it.

Beginnings
By 2020 I had already started 6 businesses which all ended in failure yet provided me more 'boots on the ground' experience in business than any successful business could have. I had learned so much about what NOT to do that when others were starting businesses they were coming to me for advice and to my surprise, my advice held up!
This gave me a lightbulb moment "Why haven't I thought of this before?". I may not have the interest to sell terrible products on the internet or sweat all day under the hot sun doing manual labor, but I did have a well established interest in business, computers and marketing. The interest I had in these areas meant that when I was already doing all these things before, everything I had learned stuck with me.
Marketing made the most sense for me. Not only could I do it from anywhere with an internet connection (allowing me to take my business anywhere I wanted) but I could do something I actually enjoyed while simultaneously feeling good about genuinely helping other business owners achieve their dreams as well. This was a perfect fit.

The Future
Building Prosper Marketing from the ground up while also working a 9-5 job was a struggle in and of itself, but starting with very few references in a market where there is already low trust just made things more difficult. I had to prove myself over and over, but after a year or two I now had an abundance of happy clients and work to show for it.
I've been able to partner with companies in all kinds of niches from construction, to automotive and even physical therapy to skyrocket their sales and dominate the competitions in their area. Being a remote agency means I work with business owners all over North America and can meet with them on short notice whenever they need.
The future holds great things for Prosper Marketing and it's clients as our marketing systems continue to improve and the company expands. I look forward to not only continuing to watch our clients businesses grow, but also growing along side them as the years go by.
